Store Manager

Run a 5àsec outlet end to end — customers, counter, quality and the small team behind it.

What you’ll do

• Own the day-to-day running of the store and its service standards
• Handle customers at the counter, quote and manage orders, resolve issues
• Coordinate production, pickup and delivery, and keep turnaround promises
• Lead and roster the store team

What we look for

• 2+ years in retail, hospitality or service operations
• Customer-first attitude and an eye for detail
• Comfortable with a POS and basic reporting
