Every launch city opens with a Master Hub — the full production plant — with smaller spoke units and pickup points following inside the same territory.
The model
A hub carries 15 machines and ₹1,07,57,000 of plant. A spoke needs a counter, a rack and two people. That asymmetry is the whole idea.
Pickup points and unit stores take garments in across a 6–8 km radius, plus home pickup inside the catchment.
Everything goes to the hub — hydrocarbon dry cleaning, washers and dryers to 30 kg, spotting, pressing, shoe and carpet machines, all under one roof.
Finished garments go back out to the point they came from, or to the customer’s door. One plant, consistent output, every time.
