Service catalogue

Everything a garment might need

28 services across five pillars. Some are the everyday essentials. The rest are the work most dry cleaners will not take in.

What we handle

Not sure it can be cleaned?

If you can wear it, carry it or furnish with it, there is a good chance we can care for it. Send a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you before you drop off.

The 5àsec process

Seven stages, every garment

Professional textile care is a sequence, not a soak. This is the production line every piece runs through — the same method the world’s No.1 has used since 1968.

  1. 01

    Reception

Every garment is counted in, tagged to your order and inspected for fabric, colour and existing marks — so nothing is mixed between customers and nothing is treated blind.

  2. 02

    Treatment & spotting

Stains are diagnosed and pre-treated by hand, with the agent matched to the mark and the fibre, before any cleaning begins. This is the craft an ordinary wash skips.

  3. 03

    Cleaning in distilled solvent

Dry-cleaned pieces are cleaned in continuously distilled, filtered solvent, so every load runs in a clean bath; pieces better washed in water run on programmes tuned to the fabric. Delicates and strong colours stay apart.

  4. 04

    Hand finishing

Each garment is steam-finished and pressed by hand on professional vacuum tables to restore its shape, drape and crease — not flattened under a domestic iron.

  5. 05

    Storage

Finished pieces are held protected and dust-free, matched to your ticket, until they are ready to go back — never left loose or crushed.

  6. 06

    Packing & quality control

A second inspection checks every item against its reception ticket. If a stain has not fully lifted or the finish is not right, it is re-processed — it does not go out. Then it is packed.

  7. 07

    Delivery & collection

Your order is ready at the counter, or — where the service is live — sent back to your door on a slot that suits you.

  8. See it step by step

Watch the full garment journey, with what happens at each checkpoint.

    How it works

Our promise

Inspected before we start, checked before it leaves

Three commitments that hold for every garment, in every outlet — whatever it is, and whatever the turnaround.

Inspected before we start

Fabric, colour and stains are read first. If something cannot be treated safely, we tell you before we begin, not after.

Checked before it leaves

A second inspection against your audit ticket. If a garment is not right, it is re-processed rather than returned.

Tagged so nothing is lost

Every item is tracked from the counter to collection, so your garments come back to you — all of them.

What is the difference between dry cleaning and laundry?

Dry cleaning uses solvent instead of water, for fabrics that water would shrink, distort or bleed — wool, silk, structured tailoring, sarees and lehengas. Laundry is water-based washing for cottons and everyday wear. 5àsec does both, and decides which a garment needs at the counter.

What can 5àsec clean that an ordinary dry cleaner cannot?

Leather and suede, shoes, handbags, carpets and rugs, curtains and upholstery, and post-disaster restoration after fire, smoke or flood. These need dedicated machinery and trained operators, which is why most independents turn them away.

Are 5àsec’s cleaning products safe for delicate fabrics?

5àsec keeps a range of products matched to the stain type, the colour and the nature of the fabric, and every garment is inspected and spotted before it is cleaned. Eco-friendly detergents and solvent-free processes are used wherever the fabric allows.

How much do 5àsec services cost in India?

Pricing is per garment and depends on the fabric and the treatment. Call your nearest store or send a photo on WhatsApp for a quote before you drop off.
