How it works
One plant, many front doors
A spoke needs a counter, a rack and two people. A hub needs fifteen machines. Putting the machinery in one place and the front doors everywhere is what makes the territory economics work.
2000–2500 sq ft of production
15 machines of production plant — hydrocarbon dry cleaning, washers and dryers to 30 kg, a dry-cleaning press, chiller, conveyor, automatic shoe machine, carpet machine and a steam gas boiler.
6 collection points
Small, cheap to run, and spread across the catchment — each one a low-cost front door feeding the hub. Their running cost and modelled revenue are in the private financial walk-through.

What is an Area Developer?
An Area Developer holds a whole territory rather than a single catchment. You build a Privé Master Hub — the full production plant — and run 6 pickup points as spokes across a 6–8 km radius. You also hold the right to appoint unit franchisees inside your territory.
How does hub and spoke actually work?
The hub carries every machine: hydrocarbon dry cleaning, washers, dryers, a dry-cleaning press, a chiller, a conveyor, an automatic shoe machine, a carpet machine and a steam gas boiler. The spokes are small collection points — low rent, low staffing — that gather work across the territory and send it to the hub. One plant, many front doors.
